our 2024 strategy

target 10 counties: Hidalgo, Travis, Harris, Fort Bend, Dallas, Denton, Collin, El Paso, Tarrant, Bexar. There are at least 1.1 million additional voters in these 10 counties alone who are likely Democrat voters.

train more volunteers: With 8,000 volunteers, block captains, precinct chairs, and candidates in our network, we are already in 1003 of the 1930 zip codes in Texas. Training and supporting another 30,000 volunteers, Texas Blue Action will build a permanent, coordinated voter turnout machine.

focus on specific precincts: Identify precincts with lower than average turnout, recruits volunteer leaders with an interest in organizing their community and provides training on the precinct and block captain model of organizing.

students: Students are extremely transient and very difficult to canvass with traditional methods. Our model is to digitally canvas 4 year colleges by recruiting freshmen and sophomores to add student voters in high-density housing to their own digital networks.

bilingual/esl communities: Team members pioneered the first large scale multilingual relational program in Texas history, campaigning in 27 languages, recruiting volunteers from immigrant communities, and micro-targeting the smallest possible affinity groups to form digital non-native English speaking networks. We are committed to expanding this program.
