Blue Action Democrats Williamson County

In recent years, Williamson County has turned increasingly Democratic, as people have moved outside of Austin and how the Central Texas area has attracted new residents from outside Texas. With the election of John Bucy and James Talarico in 2018, Democrats became even more motivated to organize in this county.

​Blue Action Wilco is launching in 2021 to prepare to turn out the Democratic vote - and register more Democrats for 2022.

Why Blue Action Wilco?

We are inspired to reach out to our like-minded neighbors and make sure they turn out for the Democratic primary in 2022.

Some of the things we will be doing this year:
  • Canvassing - talking to our neighbors​
  • Registering voters
  • Writing postcards
  • Educating voters on when and where to vote - and telling them how to navigate the new voting laws
  • Building a community of activists fighting for our shared values
